Craniofacial Imaging Center

The Craniofacial Imaging Center specializes in three-dimensional imaging of the head and neck using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) technology, and provides support for research, as well as clinical activities inside and outside Case Western Reserve University.

How to send a Patient

Headstart Outreach Program Just give us a call at (216) 368-2674 to find out about how we can help you with your patient. If you prefer, you can have your patient call us to schedule an appointment. The taking of a Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) image takes less than 10 seconds, so usually your patient is with us for less than 5 minutes. Our images are compatible with all implant placement software, and any DICOM reader.

We can upload the image to the lab of your choice, any hospital's PACS, or send you a CD with a 3D Image Viewer. Learn more.
